Run by our expert strength and conditioning coach Sam Higham - who's just finished his PhD and has over 10 years of climbing experience - this workshop is an introduction to climbing specific strength and conditioning in the gym. This will be a game changer if you're looking to improve your climbing performance and reduce your risk of injury.
You will learn:
1. Key training principles
2. Climbing specific exercises and techniques to use in the gym to give your climbing training an edge.
3. How to apply these in 2 mini workouts; one focussed on improving climbing performance through key upper body and core exercises, and the other focussed on building buffers against common climbing injuries.
All your questions will be answered, and you will be given personalised feedback on the most effective techniques and exercises for you and your goals.
Sam has packed a lot of info into this workshop, so you'll also get a take-home training manual to add to your training toolkit.
